Potential is not merely what you hope to accomplish. It is the God-given capacity within you that has not yet been fully developed.
Many faithful people carry gifts, ideas, and assignments that remain hidden beneath fear, disappointment, distraction, or years of waiting. They know something is inside them, but they are uncertain how to recognize it, cultivate it, or bring it into fruitful service.
In Reaching Your Full Potential, Pastor Frederick Perry Sr. offers a compassionate, Scripture-centered guide to developing what God has planted within you. Drawing from Deuteronomy 8:18 and examples throughout the Bible, he explains that God gives people the power to produce-not simply for personal success, but to serve His purposes, bless others, and establish His covenant in the earth.
Readers will explore the importance of stewardship, obedience, diligence, focus, healthy relationships, renewed thinking, and spiritually nourishing environments. The book also presents seven stages of potential development: seed, root, responsibility, pressure, consistency, opportunity, and fruitfulness.
With 114 personal reflection questions, readers are encouraged to identify their present season, confront what has hindered their growth, and take practical steps toward their calling.
You are not too old, too late, or too far behind. What God planted in you is still there.
The seed is still in you.
